Playing Alwoodley as a guest
How do I play Alwoodley Golf Club as a guest?+
Alwoodley Golf Club is a private members' club, so the surest way to play it is as a member's guest. Hosted Rounds is a UK members' network built for exactly that: join, connect with an Alwoodley member, and they sign you in as their guest, usually at the club's own member's-guest rate rather than the full visitor fee.
How much is it to play Alwoodley Golf Club with a member?+
Played as a member's guest at Alwoodley, the rate is about £40 a round, versus the £230 visitor green fee. Your host signs you in and it is paid at the club on the day.

Membership subscriptions at Alwoodley are set annually and, as at most private members' clubs, are generally quoted on enquiry, so ask the club direct about current fees, joining fees and any waiting list.
