Hosted Rounds is open to playing members of UK golf clubs, and nobody else. Here's who can join, what membership includes, and what it costs.

Simple requirements. No exceptions.

You’re 18 or over and hold a playing membership at a golf club in the UK. Full, five-day or country, at a grand old links or a nine-hole parkland, it makes no difference. If you can sign a guest in at your club, you belong here.

Your club is never involved and never contacted. Membership of Hosted Rounds is personal, private, and yours.

Checked against the record. It confirms you're a playing member, nothing more.

The club where you host. It leads your profile, so it has to be right.

A person, not a form
Every application is reviewed by hand, usually within a day or two. Members are 18 or over, always.
Playing off an iGolf handicap?
Then we can’t admit you yet, and we’re genuinely sorry about that. The network runs on hosting, and hosting needs a home club. The day you join one, your application is welcome.

All of it is yours from the day you’re verified. Nothing is sold separately, there’s nothing to upgrade, it’s simply what being a member means.

A network of members, and their courses
Every member is a gateway to their club. Connect with hosts across the UK and play the courses on your list as their guest, at the guest rate, usually a third of the visitor price.

Your first playing token
Waiting in your account the moment you're verified. Spend it on any hosted round on the network, wherever takes your fancy, and you're away.

An anonymous profile
To everyone else you're a username, your club, your handicap and your record. Your name, email and number stay private until you decide to share them, in your own time.

Contact on your terms
Requests, not messages, so nobody can start a conversation until you say yes. And when work or family takes over for a while, pause your hosting and pick it up again when you're ready.

A reputation that travels
Every round builds your ratings, as a host and as a guest. Be good company and look after the course, and you'll find doors open all over the country. Around here that counts for more than your handicap.

Joining only takes a few minutes.

The application asks who you are, where you play and your WHS number. Every application is verified, which is why you can be certain that everyone on the network is a genuine club member, with a genuine course to host you at.

What it costs to join Hosted Rounds.

Membership is free while the network grows. And when a subscription does arrive, a year of Hosted Rounds will cost less than the average saving on a single green fee. One round as a guest and it has paid for itself.

What never changes: green fees are paid at the club, at the guest rate, and money never passes between golfers or through us.
