Ashridge is a mature parkland course laid out in 1932 on undulating land near Little Gaddesden. Sir Henry Cotton was club professional in the late 1930s and won the Open Championship while based here.

CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY
Hosted Open Championship Regional Qualifying from 2003 to 2008 and has staged numerous PGA events.

The 9th is nicknamed Cottons after former club professional Sir Henry Cotton, who won the 1937 Open while at Ashridge.
