Heswall sits on the banks of the Dee, and the views are the first thing everyone mentions: the estuary below, the Welsh hills across the water, and more sky than you know what to do with. The golf earns the setting. A proper championship parkland at 6,882 yards, quick greens, and when the wind comes up off the estuary it plays every one of them.
