Northampton Golf Club
What you’re in for.
Northampton is mature parkland, tree-lined fairways and well-kept greens, in Northamptonshire, the Midlands.
Northampton is a members' club, and the best way through the gate is with a member. On Hosted Rounds you find a member here, they sign you in as their guest at the club's guest rate, and you host them back at yours another day.
GETTING ON, AND THE RULES
AT THE CLUB
Play Northampton as a member’s guest, for £30.
That is the club’s own member’s guest rate, up to 60% below the £75 visitor green fee. A member signs you in and plays the round with you. Hosted Rounds is the members’ network that finds you the member.
Playing Northampton as a guest
How do I play Northampton Golf Club as a guest?+
Northampton Golf Club is a private members' club, so the surest way to play it is as a member's guest. Hosted Rounds is a UK members' network built for exactly that: join, connect with a Northampton member, and they sign you in as their guest, usually at the club's own member's-guest rate rather than the full visitor fee.
How much is it to play Northampton Golf Club with a member?+
Played as a member's guest at Northampton, the rate is about £30 on weekdays and £40 at weekends, versus the £75 visitor green fee. Your host signs you in and it is paid at the club on the day.
How much does membership at Northampton Golf Club cost?+
Membership subscriptions at Northampton are set annually and, as at most private members' clubs, are generally quoted on enquiry, so ask the club direct about current fees, joining fees and any waiting list. If the aim is to play Northampton rather than join it, you do not need a membership at all: a member can sign you in as their guest for about £30, which is what Hosted Rounds arranges.
Can you play Northampton Golf Club without being a member?+
Yes. Northampton takes visitors, with a green fee of around £75. You can also play as a member's guest, signed in by a member at the club's lower guest rate, which is what Hosted Rounds arranges.
