Moortown was one of Alister MacKenzie's earliest solo commissions and opened in 1909.
The course is laid out over 175 acres of heathland on the northern edge of Leeds.
THE COURSE
The par-3 10th, Gibraltar, was the first hole MacKenzie built at Moortown and features a raised, bunker-ringed plateau green.
